Delivery and Return Policy

We prioritize the security of our customers who shop through the website and carry out verification of payment/invoice information from the moment you place your order via www.oasisturkiye.com.

For purchases made at www.oasisturkiye.com, when the cart total is 300 TRY or more, your order is shipped without any shipping fee.

Purchases made at www.oasisturkiye.com are delivered within 1–2 business days through the contracted cargo company, and the shipping cost is reflected on your invoice in accordance with the tariff of the cargo company or companies we have agreements with. Depending on the nature of the purchased product/service, the delivery time may vary or may not require physical delivery.

Weekend Orders
Orders placed before 12:00 noon on Friday will start to be delivered as of Saturday. Depending on the location where the cargo company operates, delivery may extend to Monday. All orders placed after 17:00 on Friday will be processed on the following Monday and may not reach you before Tuesday. No deliveries are made on Sundays.

Address Information
In order for your order to reach you as quickly as possible, please write your address information as clearly as possible. If available, you may also include directions to your address (for example: third street after entering next to the post office, etc.).

Incorrect / Incomplete Orders
Please open the package you receive in the presence of the cargo officer and check your order. If you notice any mistake or deficiency, please contact us immediately.

How many days is the return period?
In general, you may return the products you have purchased within seven (7) days from the delivery date by stating the reason.

What are the return conditions?
You can find below the items that must be complete in the products you send for return. If any of the following is missing, the product return will not be accepted.

• The invoice of the product,

• The return form,

• Products to be returned within the 7-day period must be delivered complete and undamaged together with their box, packaging, and activation code.

If the products sent to us are delivered in compliance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us. The time for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to credit cards are reflected in the account within a maximum of 45 days, and payments made by bank transfer are reflected in the account within a maximum of 1 week.

How do I make a return?
Before sending the product to us, you must notify us of your return request by filling out the Product Return Form. After the shipment approval regarding the return is communicated to you by our customer service department, please fill out the return form included in the package and send the product to us. The approval information will be notified to you via phone or email. If the products received by our company are delivered in compliance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us.
