Membership Agreement

1. Parties

This Individual Membership Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Membership Agreement”) has been concluded electronically and entered into force between Oasis Türkiye, residing at “Çilehane Cd. Çamlıca Evleri Sitesi No:13/3, Küçükçamlıca Üsküdar, İstanbul” (hereinafter briefly referred to as "Oasis Türkiye") and the "Member" who approves this Membership Agreement, its annexes which constitute an integral part thereof, and the terms and rules available on the oasisturkiye.com Portal in order to become a member of the oasisturkiye.com Portal.

2. Definitions

“Portal”: The website consisting of the domain name oasisturkiye.com and the sub-domains connected to this domain name, through which Oasis Türkiye offers its “Services”.

“User”: Any natural or legal person accessing the Portal.

“Member”: The User who becomes a member of the Portal and benefits from the services offered within the Portal under the specified conditions.

“Membership”: The status acquired by the User who wishes to become a Member by filling in the membership form on the Portal with accurate and truthful information and upon the approval and notification of the identity information provided by Oasis Türkiye. The rights and authorities of being a Member cannot be obtained before completion of the membership procedures. The rights and obligations arising from Membership belong to the applicant and cannot be partially or wholly transferred to any third party. The Membership application may be rejected by Oasis Türkiye without stating any reason or additional terms and conditions may be requested. If deemed necessary, Oasis Türkiye may terminate the Membership status of the Member and may refuse any subsequent Membership application of the person whose Membership has been terminated for any reason.

“Membership Agreement”: The electronic agreement consisting of the terms and conditions and annexes available on the Portal, concluded electronically upon the user’s electronic approval declaring that he/she has understood and accepted the Membership Agreement, forming a whole together with its annexes and the terms and rules on the Portal.

“Oasis Türkiye Membership Account”: The set of web pages specific to the Member, accessed through the Portal with a “username” and “password” determined by the Member and undertaken to be used exclusively by the Member, through which the Member performs the necessary transactions to benefit from the services offered within the Portal, submits requests to Oasis Türkiye regarding Membership matters, updates Membership information and views reports related to the services offered.

“Oasis Türkiye Services” (“Services”): The applications offered by Oasis Türkiye within the Portal in order to enable the Member to perform the transactions defined in this Membership Agreement. Oasis Türkiye may make changes and/or adaptations to the Services offered within the Portal at any time. The rules and conditions that the Member is obliged to comply with regarding the changes and/or adaptations shall be announced to the Member via the Portal and shall enter into force on the date they are published on the Portal.

“Content”: All kinds of information, writings, files, pictures, videos, numbers, and similar visual, written and audio images published on and accessible through the Portal.

“Oasis Türkiye Interface”: The web pages used by Users in order to view the content created by Oasis Türkiye and Members and to query it from the Oasis Türkiye Database; protected under the Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and whose all intellectual property rights belong to Oasis Türkiye, and which instruct the computer program to perform all kinds of transactions that can be carried out through the Portal.

“Oasis Türkiye Database”: The database belonging to Oasis Türkiye, protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, where the contents accessed within the Portal are stored, classified, queried and made accessible.

“My Private” Page: The page specific to the Member, accessible only with the username and password determined by the Member, where the Member can perform the necessary transactions to benefit from various applications and Services on the Portal and enter personal information, preferences and information requested on an application basis.

“Personal Data”: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person in accordance with Article 3/d of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), and the special categories of personal data listed in Article 6/1 of the KVKK.

“Special Categories of Personal Data”: Data relating to a person’s race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, clothing and attire, membership of associations, foundations or trade unions, health, sexual life, criminal convictions and security measures, and biometric and genetic data.

3. Subject and Scope of the Membership Agreement

The subject of this Membership Agreement is the determination of the Services offered on the Portal, the conditions for benefiting from these Services and the rights and obligations of the parties. All warnings, announcements, applications and statements made by Oasis Türkiye regarding the use, membership and Services within the Portal are within the scope of the Membership Agreement and its annexes. By accepting this Membership Agreement, the User accepts and undertakes to act in accordance with all statements declared by Oasis Türkiye regarding the use, membership and services within the Portal.

4. Membership Conditions

4.1 In order to become a member of the Portal, it is required to be of legal age and not to have been temporarily removed from membership, suspended or permanently banned from membership by Oasis Türkiye within the scope of this Membership Agreement.

4.2 Oasis Türkiye may unilaterally terminate this Membership Agreement at any time without stating any reason, without notice and without any obligation such as compensation or penalty, with immediate effect; may terminate or temporarily suspend the Membership of the Member. Violations of the rules specified on the Portal and situations where the Member poses a risk to Oasis Türkiye’s information security system are among the grounds for termination or temporary suspension of membership.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

5.1 Rights and Obligations of the Member

5.1.1 The Member accepts and undertakes to act in compliance with the rules stated on the Portal, the declarations, all applicable legislation and moral rules, and declares that he/she has understood and approved the provisions of the Membership Agreement and all conditions and rules on the Portal.

5.1.2 The Member accepts and undertakes that in cases where Oasis Türkiye is obliged to make disclosures to official authorities pursuant to the provisions of applicable legislation, Oasis Türkiye is authorized to disclose confidential/private/personal data – special categories of personal data/commercial information belonging to the Members to official authorities and that he/she shall not claim any compensation from Oasis Türkiye under any name whatsoever for this reason. In addition, in the event that any person or institution notifies Oasis Türkiye claiming that the rights of such person or institution have been violated regarding the advertisements posted by the Member on the Portal or declares that it will apply to judicial remedies, Oasis Türkiye may provide the name and surname information notified by the Member to the relevant party.

5.1.3 The security of the username and password used by the Members to access the Oasis Türkiye Membership Account, ensuring that they are used exclusively and individually by themselves and keeping them confidential from third parties are entirely under the responsibility of the Member. The Member shall be liable for all kinds of material and/or moral damages that other Members and/or Oasis Türkiye and/or third parties may suffer due to his/her negligence or fault in this regard.

5.1.4 The Member accepts and undertakes that the information and content provided by him/her within the Portal are accurate and lawful and that the publication of such information and content on the Portal or the sale and display of products related to such content do not create any unlawfulness in accordance with applicable legislation. Oasis Türkiye is not obliged or responsible to investigate the accuracy of the information and content transmitted to Oasis Türkiye by the Member or uploaded by the Member via the Portal and cannot be held responsible for any damage arising from the inaccuracy, error or publication of such information and content.

5.1.5 The Member may not partially or wholly assign this Membership Agreement or his/her rights and obligations under this Membership Agreement to any third party without the written consent of Oasis Türkiye.

5.1.6 The Member may perform transactions on the Portal for lawful purposes. The legal and criminal liability for every transaction and action carried out by the Member within the Portal belongs to the Member. The Member undertakes not to reproduce, copy, distribute, process, transfer to another database or upload to the Portal in a manner that may produce similar results the pictures, texts, visual and audio images, video clips, files, databases, catalogs and lists within the Portal that constitute infringement of the real or personal rights, assets or personal data of Oasis Türkiye and/or any third party; not to engage in any commercial activity by performing such actions; and not to engage in acts and transactions that constitute unfair competition directly and/or indirectly either through these actions or by other means. Oasis Türkiye shall not be held directly and/or indirectly liable in any way for damages that third parties may suffer or may suffer due to the activities carried out by the Member on the Portal in violation of this Membership Agreement and the law.

5.1.7 Oasis Türkiye permits Members to view advertisements and use the Oasis Türkiye Interface solely for the purpose of learning the content of the relevant advertisements. Apart from this purpose, Oasis Türkiye does not grant permission or consent to attempts to access advertisements in a certain number or in their entirety through the database, copying advertisements partially or wholly, publishing them directly or indirectly in other media, compiling, processing, transferring them to other databases, opening them to third-party access and use, including linking to advertisements on Oasis Türkiye, and similar acts. Such acts are unlawful and Oasis Türkiye reserves all rights to claim, file lawsuits and pursue legal remedies.

5.1.8 The Member accepts and undertakes that Oasis Türkiye has no responsibility regarding defects in goods and services purchased from third parties and that all claims and liabilities within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Consumers and other relevant legislation belong to the seller of the relevant goods and services, and that he/she releases Oasis Türkiye from all kinds of responsibility and liability in this regard.

5.2 Rights and Obligations of Oasis Türkiye

5.2.1 Oasis Türkiye undertakes to provide the Services specified in this Membership Agreement and to establish the necessary technological infrastructure for the provision of the Services. However, Oasis Türkiye does not guarantee that the Services will be provided uninterruptedly or error-free.

5.2.2 Oasis Türkiye may, at any time and without prior notice, partially or completely modify or discontinue the Services offered on the Portal and may remove or change the Content uploaded to the Portal.

5.2.3 The Portal may contain links directing to other websites and/or portals. Oasis Türkiye does not bear any responsibility for the content, accuracy, security or privacy policies of such linked websites.

5.2.4 Oasis Türkiye may remove any content that it determines to be unlawful, contrary to general morality, misleading or infringing third-party rights, and may terminate the Membership of the relevant Member without prior notice.

5.2.5 Oasis Türkiye is not obliged to investigate or verify the accuracy or legality of the information and content transmitted by Members or uploaded to the Portal.

5.2.6 Oasis Türkiye acts as a “Hosting Provider” within the scope of Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed by Means of Such Publications.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 Oasis Türkiye processes the personal data of Members in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Privacy Policy attached as Annex-2.

6.2 Provided that the necessary explicit consents are obtained, Oasis Türkiye may use Member information for marketing activities, communication, campaigns, research and statistical evaluations.

6.3 The provision of certain Personal Data is mandatory for the proper functioning of the Portal and the provision of Services. If such data is not provided, certain Services may not be rendered.

6.4 The Member accepts and undertakes that, when processing personal data belonging to third parties within the Portal, he/she will act in compliance with the KVKK and other relevant legislation and that all legal and criminal responsibility belongs to him/her.

6.5 Turkish law shall apply in matters relating to personal data processed under this Membership Agreement. The Member accepts that foreign regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) shall not apply.

6.6 Oasis Türkiye shall not be responsible for the indexing of publicly accessible information by search engines.

6.7 If the Member voluntarily discloses Special Categories of Personal Data on the Portal, the Member accepts that such data may become publicly accessible and may be processed accordingly.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 All intellectual and industrial property rights related to the Portal, including but not limited to the Oasis Türkiye Interface, design, software, domain name, logo, trademark, trade name, content and database, belong exclusively to Oasis Türkiye.

7.2 Nothing in this Membership Agreement shall be interpreted as granting the Member any intellectual property right over the Portal.

7.3 The Member may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, transmit, commercially exploit, reverse engineer or otherwise use the Portal content without the prior written consent of Oasis Türkiye.

7.4 In case of unauthorized use, Oasis Türkiye reserves the right to claim compensation and pursue all legal remedies.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Portal and Services are provided “as is”. Oasis Türkiye does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

8.2 Oasis Türkiye shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Portal.

8.3 Oasis Türkiye shall not be responsible for technical failures, interruptions in internet access, system errors, force majeure events or unauthorized access to the Member’s account.

8.4 The Member accepts that he/she uses the Portal at his/her own risk.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 Events beyond the reasonable control of the parties, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, cyber-attacks, governmental decisions, epidemics, strikes and infrastructure failures, shall be considered force majeure.

9.2 In the event of force majeure, the affected party shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations.

10. Termination of the Agreement

10.1 This Membership Agreement shall remain in force as long as the Member maintains an active Membership.

10.2 Oasis Türkiye may terminate or suspend the Membership immediately and without notice if the Member violates this Membership Agreement or applicable legislation.

10.3 The Member may terminate his/her Membership at any time through the Portal.

10.4 Upon termination, Oasis Türkiye may delete or anonymize Member data in accordance with applicable legislation.

11. Amendments

11.1 Oasis Türkiye reserves the right to amend this Membership Agreement at any time.

11.2 Amendments shall enter into force as of the date they are published on the Portal.

11.3 The continued use of the Portal after the amendments constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12.1 This Membership Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

12.2 Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction in disputes arising from this Membership Agreement.

13. Entry into Force

13.1 This Membership Agreement enters into force upon electronic approval by the Member.

13.2 By approving this Membership Agreement electronically, the Member declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted all provisions.

APPENDIX 1 - Terms of Use

1. TERMS OF USE

Please read the conditions below before using the website with the domain name oasisturkiye.com. By visiting the oasisturkiye.com website (hereinafter referred to as the "Portal") and/or becoming a "Member," you acknowledge, declare, and undertake that you have read these "Terms of Use," fully understand their content, and unconditionally accept all matters stated in the "Terms of Use" and found on the "Portal," including those that may be added over time, and that you will not raise any objections or defenses regarding any matters stated on the "Portal." If you do not accept these conditions, please refrain from using the "Portal."

1.1. The owner of this "Portal" is Oasis Türkiye BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ PAZARLAMA VE TİCARET A.Ş., located at "Değirmenyolu Cad. No:28 Asia OfisPark Binası A Blok Kat:2 İçerenköy-Ataşehir İSTANBUL." These changes will be published periodically on the "PORTAL" and will be effective from the date of publication. 2. DEFINITIONS

"Portal": The website where "Oasis Turkey" offers its "Services," consisting of the domain name oasisturkiye.com and its subdomains.

“User”: Any natural or legal person accessing the “Portal”.

“Member”: A “User” who is a member of the “Portal” and who uses the services offered within the “Portal” under the conditions specified in this agreement.

“Membership”: Membership is the status gained when a “User” wishing to become a “Member” completes the membership form on the “Portal” with accurate and truthful information, and the provided identity information is verified and confirmed by “Oasis Turkey”. "Oasis Turkey Membership Account": The entirety of the Member's unique internet pages accessed via the "Portal" using a "username" and "password" chosen and exclusively used by the Member, where the Member performs the necessary tasks and transactions to utilize the services offered within the "Portal," submits requests to "Oasis Turkey" regarding "Membership" matters, updates "Membership information," and views reports related to the services provided.

"Oasis Turkey Services" ("Service"): Applications offered by "Oasis Turkey" within the "Portal" to enable the "Member" to perform the tasks and transactions defined in this agreement. "Oasis Turkey" may make changes and/or adaptations to the "Services" offered within the "Portal" at any time. The rules and conditions that the "Member" is obliged to comply with regarding the changes and/or adaptations made will be announced to the "Member" through the "Portal," and the stated terms and conditions will enter into force on the date of their publication on the "Portal."

“Content”: All information, text, files, images, videos, figures, etc., visual, textual, and auditory images published on and accessible through the “Portal”.

“API”: Application Programming Interface created by Oasis Turkey and designed to provide specific functionalities, related documents (including electronic ones), protocols, and related future versions, improvements, enhancements, programming fixes, updates, and upgrades.

“Oasis Turkey Interface”: Internet pages used by “Users” to view content created by Oasis Turkey and “Members” and to query the “Oasis Turkey Database”; protected under the Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, and all intellectual property rights belonging to “Oasis Turkey”; internet pages that give commands to the computer program to perform all kinds of operations that can be carried out through the “Portal”.

“Oasis Turkey Database”: This is the database belonging to “Oasis Turkey,” protected under the Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, where the content accessed within the “Portal” is stored, classified, queried, and accessed.

3. Oasis Turkey SERVICES

3.1. "Oasis Turkey" ensures that content uploaded to the "Oasis Turkey Database" by "Members" can be viewed by "Users" through interfaces within the "Oasis Turkey Database".

3.2. "Oasis Turkey" provides various types of listing services within the "Portal" that prioritize the display of listings to make it easier for "Users" to access "Member" listings.

3.3. "Oasis Turkey" offers reporting services under various categories regarding transactions and viewing numbers within the "Portal".

3.4. "Oasis Turkey" reserves the right to add new services to those provided within the "Portal", to change the scope and conditions of existing services, and to modify, restrict access to, or delete "Content" accessed within the "Portal" at any time. "Oasis Turkey" may exercise this right in any way it deems appropriate without any notice or prior warning.

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING THE USE OF THE OASIS TURKEY PORTAL

4.1. "Users" may conduct transactions on the "Portal" for lawful purposes. "Users" shall be solely responsible for all legal and criminal liabilities arising from their actions and transactions within the "Portal," and the "User" acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that "Oasis Turkey" bears no responsibility whatsoever for such legal and criminal liabilities.

4.2. The “Portal” operates on the principle of displaying “Content” uploaded to the “Oasis Turkey Database” by “Members”. “Oasis Turkey” does not guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness, security, or legality of the advertisements and “Content” viewed by “Users” under any circumstances. “Users” acknowledge and declare that “Oasis Turkey” has no responsibility whatsoever for said advertisements and “Content”, and that “Oasis Turkey” will have no liability for any damages that may arise.

4.3. The "User" agrees and undertakes not to copy, distribute, or process any images, texts, visual and audio images, video clips, files, databases, catalogs, and lists found within the "Portal," not to directly and/or indirectly compete with "Oasis Turkey" through these actions or any other means, not to use them for any other purpose without permission and authorization, not to use them to create databases, records, or directories belonging to themselves or any other person, and not to use them for commercial purposes.

The User agrees and undertakes this. 4.4. "Users" agree and undertake that they will not engage in activities within the "Portal" that would lead to unfair competition in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code, that they will not perform actions that would damage the personal and commercial reputation of "Oasis Turkey" and third parties, infringe upon or violate their personal rights, that they will act in accordance with legislation, public order and general moral rules, that they will take the necessary precautions and fulfill the procedures required by legislation, and that they will not engage in attitudes and behaviors that are illegal, criminal, offensive, harmful to personal rights, infringe upon equality rights, intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademark rights and property rights.

4.5. "Users" are obligated to use the information they access within the "Portal" only in accordance with the purpose of the "Member" or "Oasis Turkey" disclosing this information, and to view it for non-commercial purposes.

4.6. "Oasis Turkey" holds a "Hosting Provider Activity Certificate" in accordance with Law No. 5651. In order to comply with the obligations imposed on "Hosting Providers" under Law No. 5651 and related legislation, it records and stores the transactions carried out by "Users" on the "Portal" within the legal period specified in the relevant legislation.

4.7. "Oasis Turkey" may use, process, share, disclose, classify and store "User" information in a database, and use it for promotional and informational communication activities, marketing activities, and statistical analysis. "Oasis Turkey" may also; The user's IP address, information about which sections of the "Portal" they visited, domain type, browser type, date and time may also be used for statistical evaluation and for purposes such as providing personalized services and offers. "Oasis Turkey" may transfer user information to companies with which it collaborates for the purpose of conducting research to improve its processes, creating databases, and conducting market research, and user information may be processed by these companies only for the purposes listed above.

4.8. Oasis Turkey reserves the right to associate the behavior of users visiting the site with a cookie in their browser for the purpose of online behavioral advertising and marketing, to define remarketing lists based on metrics such as the number of pages viewed, visit duration, and goal completion, to use marketing automation tools, and to send personalized messages/offers and suggestions to the user. Subsequently, it may show targeted advertising content to this user on the site or on other sites in the Display Advertising Network, based on the user's interests. 4.9. Access to the database where the content accessed and/or viewed through the "Portal" is stored is only legally permissible for the purpose of viewing the relevant content and/or by third parties within the framework of "Oasis Turkey's" "Terms of Use". Any access other than this is unlawful; "Oasis Turkey" reserves all rights to claims, lawsuits, and legal proceedings.

4.10. “Oasis Turkey” permits viewing the content of advertisements and using the “Oasis Turkey Interface” for the purpose of learning about their content. However, “Oasis Turkey” does not permit or consent to any attempt to access advertisements from the database, whether in whole or in part, for any other purpose; copying, publishing, compiling, processing, modifying, or transferring to other databases, or making these advertisements, customer information, designs, codes, software, or information contained in the database, either directly or indirectly, to other platforms; making them accessible and usable by third parties; or linking to advertisements on “Oasis Turkey”. Such actions are unlawful, and “Oasis Turkey” reserves all rights to claim, sue, and pursue legal action.

4.11. Using the "Portal" or any part of it for the purpose of disrupting, altering, or reverse engineering it; attempting to access the "Site" in a way that obstructs, disrupts, or interferes with the communication or technical systems of the "Portal"; using automated programs, robots, spiders, web crawlers, data mining, data trawling, or screen scraping software or systems, automated tools, or manual processes on the Site; accessing the data or software of other users without authorization; and using the "Site" and the content on the "Portal" outside the usage limits defined in the "Terms of Use" are unlawful; and "Oasis Turkey" reserves all rights to claims, lawsuits, and proceedings. In case of detection of use contrary to these terms and laws, "Oasis Turkey" has the right to report the "User" to the competent authorities. The "User" acknowledges that they are personally responsible for any damages and claims arising from such use.

4.12. The "User" acknowledges and agrees that "Oasis Turkey" cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may arise in the event of service interruptions on the "Portal," malfunctions, delays, failures in information transmission, or data loss.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Information accessed within this “Portal” or lawfully provided by users, and all elements of this “Portal” (including but not limited to the “Oasis Turkey Database”, “Oasis Turkey Interface”, design, text, images, HTML code and other codes) (collectively referred to as “Oasis Turkey’s copyrighted works”) belong to “Oasis Turkey” and/or are licensed to “Oasis Turkey” from a third party. “Users” do not have the right to resell, process, copy, share, distribute, display, or allow others to access or use “Oasis Turkey” services, “Oasis Turkey” information, or “Oasis Turkey”’s copyrighted works. Except as expressly permitted by “Oasis Turkey” within these “Site Terms of Use”, “Users” may not reproduce, process, distribute, or create derivative works from “Oasis Turkey”’s copyrighted works. can't.

6. CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF USE

"Oasis Turkey" may unilaterally change these "Terms of Use" at any time by posting the changes on the "Portal." The amended provisions of these "Terms of Use" will become effective and enter into force on the date they are published. These "Terms of Use" cannot be changed by the unilateral declarations of the "User."

7. FORCE MAJEURE

In all cases legally considered force majeure, "Oasis Turkey" will not be liable for any compensation in cases of delayed performance, incomplete performance, or non-performance. "Force majeure" shall be interpreted as events beyond the reasonable control of the relevant party and which "Oasis Turkey" could not prevent despite exercising due diligence. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, war, fire, strikes, riots, rebellions, adverse weather conditions, infrastructure and internet failures, system improvements or upgrades and any resulting malfunctions, and power outages.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

In the application and interpretation of these "Terms of Use," and in the management of legal relationships arising under these "Terms of Use," Turkish law shall apply, excluding Turkish conflict of laws rules in cases involving a foreign element. The Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or potentially arising from these "Terms of Use."

9. EFFECTIVE DATE AND ACCEPTANCE

These "Terms of Use" shall enter into force on the date of their publication on the "Portal" by "Oasis Turkey." Users accept these "Terms of Use" and any changes made over time by using the "Portal."

Appendix 2 - Privacy Policy

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to define the terms and conditions regarding the use of the website located at https://oasisturkiye.com/ ("Portal"), which is managed by Oasis Turkey. In interpreting terms not defined in this Privacy Policy, the definitions in the Terms of Use and Membership Agreement shall be taken into account. Users shall be deemed to have accepted this Privacy Policy upon accepting the Membership Agreement.

Corporate Members acknowledge that the Sub-Users they invite must personally approve the provisions of this Privacy Policy. Accordingly, the Corporate Member undertakes to obtain the following from each Sub-User it designates:

• Approval will be obtained,

• If approval is not obtained, the Sub-User will not be able to use the Portal,

• Separate approval will be obtained for each Sub-User.

Oasis Turkey continuously renews itself and strives to provide the best service to its users in the internet field by investing in technology and implementing innovative products and services.

Oasis Turkey reserves the right to associate the behavior of users visiting the site, even if they are not members, with a cookie in their browser and to define remarketing lists based on metrics such as the number of pages viewed, visit duration, and goal completion rate, for the purpose of online behavioral advertising and marketing. Subsequently, targeted advertising content may be shown to these users on the site or on other sites in the Display Advertising Network, based on their interests.

When Google AFS ads are directed to Oasis Türkiye, Google may place cookies on users' browsers, read existing cookies, or use web beacons to collect information.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

Oasis Turkey may update and change the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time by publishing them on the Portal. Updates and changes made by Oasis Turkey to the Privacy Policy will be effective from the date of publication on the Portal.

The user undertakes that the information subject to this Privacy Policy is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, and that they will immediately update this information at https://oasisturkiye.com/ in case of any changes. Oasis Türkiye will not be held responsible if the user fails to provide up-to-date information.

Appendix 3 - Oasis Turkey Services

Oasis Turkey may change the "price" and/or "rules" and/or "content" of the services mentioned below, and other services it may implement over time, at any time without any notice or notification to the "User"/"Member". Changes made by Oasis Turkey to its services will be effective as of the date they are published on the "Portal". Every natural or legal person accessing the "Portal" is deemed to have accepted all changes made by "Oasis Turkey".

1. "Oasis Turkey" Advertisement Services

1.1. The "Member" will create advertisements through their "Oasis Turkey Membership Account" in accordance with the rules determined by "Oasis Turkey" and upload them to the Oasis Turkey Database.

1.2. "Oasis Turkey" will evaluate the advertisement(s) created by the "Member"; it will accept or reject the publication of these advertisements on the "Portal". "Oasis Turkey" will freely determine and establish the criteria, conditions, and timeframes for evaluating advertisements and publish them on the "Portal".

1.3 "Oasis Turkey" may temporarily or permanently suspend the publication of an advertisement published on the "Portal" without any prior notice to the "Member" if the advertisement is found to be unlawful or immoral, infringes upon the personal or commercial rights of others, has been subject to warnings in this regard, or directly or indirectly violates this agreement and the rules and conditions contained on the "Portal". "Oasis Turkey" acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that it will not make any refund to the "Member" in relation to the aforementioned situation, and similarly, the "Member" agrees not to demand or sue "Oasis Turkey" for a refund of the amount paid.

1.4 "Oasis Turkey" may enter into agreements with third parties to display the "Member's" advertisements and the text, images, and content within those advertisements on other websites, search engines, and in "Oasis Turkey" advertisements and promotions.

1.5 The "Member" acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they are solely responsible for all actions and transactions performed through their "Oasis Turkey Membership Account"; that they cannot raise any defense and/or objection claiming that they did not perform these actions and/or transactions; and that they will not evade fulfilling their obligations based on such defense or objection.

The "Member" 1.6 The "Member" acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that it will not engage in any unlawful acts such as defamation, slander, commercial defamation, threats, or harassment in advertisements published on the "Portal," that it will not engage in any actions or activities that unjustifiably or excessively burden the "Portal's" infrastructure, and that it will not allow the inclusion of embarrassing, pornographic, or immoral content in advertisements published on the "Portal."

1.7 The "Member" shall advertise and promote its goods and services with true, accurate, and lawful information in advertisements published on the "Portal." It is prohibited for the "Member" to advertise goods and services over which it does not have the legal right to dispose as stated in its advertisement. In this context, "Oasis Turkey" may suspend, terminate, or temporarily remove from membership the "Member" of "Members" who place advertisements, without any prior notice to the "Member," and may unilaterally terminate this agreement without any obligation to reimburse.
