This disclosure text has been prepared by A.B Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş., acting in the capacity of data controller, within the framework of Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, in order to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, the legal grounds, the method of collection, to whom such data may be transferred, and your rights under the KVKK.
We do not have absolute control over the information contained in the résumés you send to us or the information you provide on the websites that mediate your contact with us. We recommend that you do not share with our Company any personal data or special categories of personal data that you do not wish us to know.
Your name, surname, date and place of birth, gender, marital status, nationality;
Your e-mail address, address, mobile phone number;
If included in your résumé, your health information (such as disability status);
Your educational background, certificate and diploma information, area of expertise, foreign language skills, information regarding your abilities, seminars and courses attended, computer skills, exam results;
Information regarding your work experience (for example; sectors, companies you previously worked for, your position, responsibilities, salary received);
Your photograph;
Your driver’s license information;
Information regarding your hobbies;
Your salary expectation;
Your military service status;
Your references (name and surname of the reference person, title, workplace, contact information);
Other information that you voluntarily add to your résumé which we cannot foresee.
These are processed in accordance with the KVKK.
Your aforementioned data may be retained by A.B Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş. for up to 1 year in the event that your job application is not approved, and for up to 10 years from the date of your departure from the workplace if your application is approved.
Your personal data specified above are processed for the following purposes in order to perform this Service Agreement regarding the employment service we provide to you:
Managing your job application process,
Being able to contact you,
Determining whether you have sufficient qualifications for the position we may offer you,
Being able to contact persons from whom we may obtain references about you and determining whether you are suitable for the job,
Determining the position you wish to work in, your salary expectation, whether you can work in other positions, and your potential starting date,
Determining whether you are able to drive company vehicles if such need arises,
Determining your age suitability for the position to be offered and ensuring compliance with the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding the Employment of Children and Young Workers,
Enabling our human resources department to easily remember you when you attend an interview,
Establishing contact with the candidate and preparing the personnel file if the candidate is accepted for employment,
Determining whether you have any condition that may interrupt your employment during the term of the employment contract and ensuring compliance with Article 75 of the Military Penal Code No. 1632.
The aforementioned personal data are processed, subject to your explicit consent, based on the legal grounds set forth in Article 5 of the Law, namely:
(i) “processing is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation,”
(ii) “processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject,” and
(iii) “processing of personal data belonging to the parties of a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,”
through automated means (for example, being automatically sent to our system via the internet) or non-automated means (for example, noting down information you provide to us over the phone).
Your personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies in order to resolve legal disputes or upon request as required by the applicable legislation.
You may submit your requests regarding your rights specified in Article 11 of the KVKK to A.B Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş. in writing, or via registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or by using the electronic mail address previously notified to the data controller and registered in the data controller’s system, in accordance with Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
